Just felt that I would like to comment on the experiences that I’ve had over the past year with your company. Firstly, I have to say that it’s really refreshing to meet someone in business that I feel is honest, genuine and fair.
Over the past 25 years or so of owning a car I have used many garages for MOT’s and repairs; in all this time, I have never been fully happy with the experience of dealing with them. Finally I have found in you, a business where the standard of work is exemplary and that I feel comfortable dealing with. Every time I have brought my car in, the front office team have truly taken time to listen to me and understand what I am looking for. They have always spent time with me explaining what they feel is the best solution and have delivered on their promise on time and within the estimate.
