I brought my newly acquired 2002 reg. BMW in for a swirl flap change after reading the horror stories of what can happen
if they break off. I arrived at 9 am and was told the job would take approx. 2 hours.  I went for a coffee and a stroll around
town and arrive back at about 10.40 am and the job had been completed.
I had been having problems with the air conditioning not being cold enough, but hadn’t mentioned this to them.
However, they had spotted the problem without being asked and informed me that the radiator blind was stuck permanently
closed.   As there was not the spare part available, we agreed they would fix it so that the blind would stay permanently open,
until it could be repaired at a later date (they did this at no extra cost).   Had they not spotted this my car would have over-heated
in the traffic jam on the way home, so I was extremely grateful.
Their service, efficiency and knowledge is first class and I highly recommend them.  I shall certainly be using them in
the future, despite the fact I live 150 miles away.
