Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions shall be the only terms of contract between PMW Ltd and the customer. No other conditions shall have effect unless agreed in writing.
Goods are subject to stock availability.
Alterations to orders cannot be made once an order has been fulfilled. Any alterations may be deemed as a new order and will be liable for delivery charges if appropriate.
No responsibility will be accepted by PMW Ltd for damage or injury resulting from accidental misuse.
PMW Ltd reserves the right to restrict or refuse any order at any time.
All prices advertised are subject to delivery charges at the current rate. PMW Ltd reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.
3. Conditions of payment
Payment is due immediately through our website and over the phone. Failure to comply with payment terms can result in the order being delayed or cancelled.
We accept all major credit cards except Amex, Credit Cards and PayPal payments.
Further orders will not be dispatched whilst an overdue balance remains outstanding.
We remain owners of the goods you purchase until payment has been made in full.
Orders placed for delivery within mainland UK will be dispatched using Royal Mail. Customers can choose "First Class" or "Guaranteed Next Working Day".
Orders placed for delivery Internationally will be sent using Royal Mails "International Signed for" delivery service. Please check Royal mails website for delivery times.
Orders must be placed by 3pm to be dispatched same day. Orders placed after this deadline will be dispatched on the following working day. Please allow for deliveries to arrive up to 6pm. Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed as they may be affected by circumstances beyond our control. Neither PMW nor their nominated carrier will accept claims for consequential losses due to a late delivery.
PMW Ltd shall be entitled to cancel or delay delivery of orders, if the product is delayed, hindered or prevented from delivery through circumstances beyond its control. Circumstances shall include (but are not limited to) accident, fire, Act of God, industrial action or failure to deliver by suppliers or carriers.
After delivery, you are responsible for protecting the goods against loss or damage.
If you refuse delivery of your goods or are not available to sign for them and as a result the goods returned to us, a delivery charge will still apply (including where you have received free delivery).
5. Delivery Errors
We will assume that all goods delivered are in good condition. If when you receive delivery the item(s) has any discrepancies or damages, you must contact us within 5 days of the receipt of the goods. Any discrepancies or damages reported after this time limit will not be rectified.
If the goods do not arrive, please contact us within 5 working days of placing the order.
To qualify for a refund please ensure the incorrect size are sent back to us within 28 days of the invoice date along with a copy of your invoice.
Please note that an admin fee of £2 and the postage cost will be deducted from the refund. The return postage is at the customers own cost and is their responsibility.
